ARC Renewals - Validation

by rpartington » Tue Nov 01, 2022 4:56 pm

Hello,

There seems to have been some confusion regarding when a newly issued ARC is valid from.

To clarify, once the ARC has been signed and handed to the owner, it is valid and the aircraft can be flown (subject to other paperwork being in place, of course)

There is no requirement for it to have been submitted to the BGA, CAA, to appear on the CAA website or be written in the stars.

I have confirmed this with the BGA in case anyone is still unsure

Regards
Roger
